Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across Ireland and the UK. This is an excellent permanent and hybrid opportunity to join a busy Finance team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple entities in Ireland and the UK.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including new hires, leavers, tax changes, pensions, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Calculate and process variable payments, including bonuses, overtime, holiday pay, and sick pay.
  • Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, and statutory submissions to Revenue and pension providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
