The Role

We're looking for a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for Lorna Jane, across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Eagle Farm head office and reporting directly to our CFO, you'll lead a team of 2 — our Payroll Officer and Compliance Officer — with full ownership of how our people are paid.

One day you're deep in award interpretation, making sure a multi-site retail workforce is paid exactly right. The next you're partnering with retail on rosters, presenting to the CFO on wage costs, or coaching your team through a tricky compliance question. Both matter equally here. Thi...
