Payroll Manager

Our client is a leader Belgium entity looking for their new Payroll Manager for their office in Brussels. In Payroll department, they are looking for new manager to coach a team of three people.

- Manage a team of three employees in Payroll and be reponsible of the organisition, planification and supervision of the employees

- Responsible of the application et execution of the right administrative processes

- Assure a continue evaluation of the processes, administration and payroll

- You insure that the employees documents are given in time

- You prepare the internal HR communication linked to payroll

- You give your support to reports, presentation and HR projects

- You have a great expertise in Payroll

- 5 years' experience in management

- Excelent knowledge in French and Dutch, Englis is a plus

- If you can use Dots and Atterntia is a great plus

- You are able to detect problems
