Role Summary

The Manager – Payroll is responsible for leading and overseeing the complete payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. The role ensures adherence to statutory requirements, manages payroll systems, drives process improvements, and partners with HR and Finance teams to deliver an efficient employee pay experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy.

Validate salary inputs, allowances, deductions, and variable components.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
