Payroll Manager

About the role: This role will be suited to someone who is energetic, up beat and enjoys working in an environment where no day is the same. This position will be leading a small team (2 people) and championing the recent Dayforce implementation. They have a vibrant culture and are looking for a candidate who can make the payroll department their own. 

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner 

Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution

Uphold high customer service standards and protocols across the business

Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders (Executives, HR, Finance)

Manage and mentor 2 direct reports

Work collaboratively and as a team across departments

Use your system experience to ensure staff are well trained and payroll systems are running at their best
