Payroll Manager

The Position

We are proud to partner with a leading organisation for the recruit of a Payroll Manager located in Brisbane CBD. As the Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the delivery of accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services for a large and diverse workforce across multiple sites and functions. Based in Brisbane, you will report to the National Lead, and act as a key partner to HR, Finance, and operational leaders, ensuring payroll is delivered to the highest standard while supporting broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate, timely payroll delivery for a workforce of more than 2,000 employees.
• Maintain strong compliance across all payroll activities, including taxation, superannuation, awards, and internal governance requirements.
