Payroll Manager

• Interviews 24th Dec or 2 Jan onwards
• Commence no later than Jan 19 2026 (ideally before)
• Narre Warren – 1 day in office, 4 from home

Urgent requirement for a Payroll Manager to lead a team of 6-7 (permanent, contract and part time) in Narre Warren. This role will see you overseeing the payroll for 1800 employees fortnightly, and driving a Time and Attendance uplift (Time2Work).

Skills & Experience:

• • Proven experience in payroll management, especially in high-volume environments (1800+ employees)
  • Extensive experience with iChris or Chris21 payroll systems (Pay21)
  • Strong understanding of payroll governance, award interpretation, and EBA compliance
  • Expertise in payroll reconciliations, ATO compliance (STP), and EOFY processing
