Payroll Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce in Austin, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can oversee end-to-end payroll processing, maintain compliance across jurisdictions, and bring strong expertise with high-volume payroll environments. The right candidate will combine technical payroll knowledge with a hands-on approach to resolving issues, improving accuracy, and partnering effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Manage complete payroll cycles for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring pay is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Administer payroll activities across multiple states while applying current tax, wage, and regulatory requirements.
