Payroll Lead

Job Description:

• Lead and execute end-to-end payroll testing, including full regression testing for SAP ECC Payroll as it integrates with SuccessFactors EC.
• Validate payroll processes, configuration, and results to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with municipal government requirements.
• Work closely with the implementation teams for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB).
• Ensure smooth integration between EC and SAP ECC Payroll, identifying discrepancies, defects, and integration gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and functional SMEs to support testing execution and defect resolution.
• Prepare test plans, test scripts, and documentation aligned with project methodology and audit standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Canadian public-sector payroll, including statutory rules, union requirements, and municipal-specific payroll policies.
