We’re seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Manager for one of our clients, the ideal candidate will take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll and HR operations across multiple regions. This is a standalone role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving, and working closely with Finance, HR, and external providers.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage full‑cycle payroll for Ireland, the UK, and the US.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, social security, pension rules, and statutory reporting.
  • Oversee employee benefits, renewals, vendor relationships, and monthly billing.
  • Manage equity compensation processes including grants, vesting, tax compliance, and employee queries.
  • Act as Workday SME—maintain data accuracy and handle all employee lifecycle transactions.
