🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end Indian payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Manage Full & Final (FNF) settlements
  • Work on HRMS platforms for payroll processing and employee data management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain payroll accuracy, timelines, and confidentiality
