Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including data entry, verification, and reporting.
  • Handle statutory filings and tax-related matters (e.g. IR21, IR8A, claims, and leave payments).
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while supporting continuous system improvements.
  • Carry out additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience with Sage Easypay system.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines.
  • High integrity, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
