Payroll (Crewing) - Offshore experience

is partnering with a confidential offshore maritime client looking for a proactive individual to support their crewing and payroll operations. This role offers direct exposure to offshore vessel operations and the chance to contribute to efficient crew cost management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monthly crew payroll processing and reimbursement verification.
Support cost allocation and coordinate with Finance (Accounts Payable) for timely postings.
Maintain accurate payroll and supporting records for audit and operational purposes.
Compile and summarize crew cost data, identifying variances or irregularities.
Collaborate closely with Crewing Officers, manning agents, and Finance for smooth operations.
Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum at least 2 years of experience in offshore operations, crewing, or payroll administration.
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
