Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a leading Housing Association on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and maintain payroll records, ensuring all payroll transactions are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
* Administer statutory payments, pensions, colleague expenses, absence records and payroll deductions in line with current legislation.
* Reconcile payroll control accounts, including net pay and pension accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate payroll and pension records, ensuring all data is up to date and compliant.
* Extract, analyse and report payroll and financial data to support operational and statutory reporting requirements.
