A leading Industrial Services company is looking for an African Payroll Controller to join their successful team.

Role Summary:

African Payroll Controller will be responsible for the full payroll function of the Africa Countries (Mauritius, Ghana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Angola, Botswana, Uganda, Kenya).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full payroll function of various African countries payroll.
• Timely & accurate capturing of payroll input data.
• Adherence to payroll calendars and deadlines.
• Liaise with customers and third parties on payroll queries within 48 hours and provide regular feedback to clients.
• Understanding of payroll calculations and able to do payslip interpretations.
• Tracking employee absence.
• Ensure that all controls are in place to process payroll, third-party, and associated payments effectively.
