Job Purpose:The Sr HR Specialist is responsible for payroll and benefits administration, and employee benefits programs. Responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions and as a key liaison for onboarding and offboarding process within the organisation. Promotes and maintains the organization values and culture by providing exceptional communication and service to employees. Sets the example of an engaged employee and supports employee engagement.Responsibilities:Payroll AdministrationResponsible for timely, accurately, and compliantly processing the consolidation of monthly payroll data and statutory payment and bonus allocation.Develop in depth understanding and champion the user interface of the payroll software and HRIS.Audit and process payroll documents.Process employee data for new hires, changes, termination, additional earnings, etc.Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.Responsible for month-end duties ...
