Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support day-to-day payroll operations for a busy team in Norwood, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite and focuses on accurate payroll preparation in a manual processing environment, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high volumes of timekeeping information, navigating Excel efficiently, and helping ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Review paper timecards and supporting payroll documents for completeness and accuracy before processing
• Enter payroll and timekeeping information into payroll systems and spreadsheets with a high level of precision
• Assist with end-to-end payroll activities to help maintain timely and accurate employee payments
