Job Description

Description We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized and experienced in end-to-end payroll processing. The role will focus on maintaining payroll accuracy, addressing employee pay matters, and ensuring compliance with garnishment and payroll procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for a mid-sized employee population, ensuring wages are calculated and issued accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll data for completeness and accuracy, including hours worked, deductions, benefits, and other earnings adjustments.
• Administer payroll garnishments and related deductions in accordance with applicable orders, policies, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by working with employees and internal partners to correct issues promptly.
