Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations for a long-term contract opportunity based in Clinton, Indiana. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working on-site and can manage payroll activities accurately for a mid-sized employee population. The position will work closely with payroll leadership to help ensure timely, compliant, and organized payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees within a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 staff members.
• Handle full-cycle payroll tasks from data review and entry through final verification and distribution.
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and adjustments to help maintain precise payroll records.
• Administer wage garnishments and other payroll withholdings in accordance with applicable requirements.
