Payroll & Benefits Manager in Brampton

We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager for a 100% on-site position. You will manage payroll for about 1,500 employees across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and efficient processing. Ideally, candidates will have significant payroll experience and a knack for driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end payroll for 1,500 employees
• Ensure compliance with regulations in Canada and U.S.
• Administer employee benefits and pension programs

Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience
