Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator – an individual who thrives on executing a consistent, accurate and timely payroll.
What You Will Do
- Process payroll. Support the regular payroll processing for salary, hourly & commission employees, working with area leaders to ensure timesheet accuracy and support an error‑free payroll run.
- Administer groups benefit & retirement programs. Work with third‑party benefit providers and administrators to support employee enrollment and troubleshooting in group benefit and retirement programs.
- Supporting payroll and finance activities. Participate in end‑of‑year payroll activities and business/government payroll requests with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy.
- Offer exceptional customer service. Act as a primary point of contact for all employees regarding payroll & benefit questions and concerns with a focus on professionalism and support. ...
