Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support our growing organization. This role will begin as a part-time position , with a clear opportunity to transition to full-time employment as our portfolio of stores continues to expand and payroll volume increases. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing and effective benefits administration across multiple locations, while working closely with store managers and head office.
Payroll Administration
- Process bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls accurately and on schedule
- Review and reconcile employee timecards for accuracy
- Communicate with store managers to confirm hours worked, overtime, vacation, sick time, and payroll adjustments
