Payroll and Benefits Administrator 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join a well-established company in the construction industry. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment while contributing to payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Process payroll, including new hires, terminations, status changes, and time entry
  • Prepare and verify employee pay statements and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees and internal teams
  • Administer benefits programs and process deductions (RRSP, benefits, unions, etc.)
  • Issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and prepare T4s
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with payroll legislation
