Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a Sr. Audit & Compliance Analyst to lead audits, ensure SOX compliance, and strengthen internal controls across Payroll and HR processes. You will partner with process owners, control owners, internal audit, and stakeholders to drive remediation of findings.

In LATAM and North America regions, you will advise on controls, drive standardization, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.
