You won't just be doing data entry—you will be managing the entire payroll lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Kenyan tax laws (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF), and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Payroll: Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls from start to finish.
Accuracy & Compliance: Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies accurately and on time.
Reporting: Generate accurate quarter-end and year-end reports, including Ad Hoc client requests.
Client Success: Resolve system inquiries and payroll questions via phone and email with a follow-through mindset...
