Key Responsibilities~
Process payroll for clients accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Prepare and deliver payroll reports as needed
Resolve payroll issues and correct errors promptly
Manage payroll tax reporting and payments
Onboard new clients, including setting up accounts with payroll tax authorities and configuring employers in the payroll system
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding payroll matters
