Role Description This is a dynamic and demanding position that requires the ability to think and react quickly, providing customer service with the highest level of dedication. The payroll specialist is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, as well as delivering expert customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
• Understand proper payroll taxation.
• Accurately process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end reports accurately and on time.
• Provide ad hoc reports to clients.
