Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.Payroll Processing Support
Assist in preparing and processing monthly/bi-weekly payroll.
Collect, verify, and input employee attendance, overtime, leave, and salary data.
Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, and reimbursements.
2.Employee Records & Data Management
Maintain and update employee payroll records in payroll systems.
Ensure accurate employee information including salary structure, bank details, tax details, and benefits.
Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities (new hires, final settlements).
3.Statutory Compliance
Assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, social security, and labor laws (as applicable).
Help prepare payroll reports and documents for audits and inspections.
4.Payroll Queries & Support
Respond to employee queries related to payslips, deductions, taxes, and salary discrepancies.
