WE'RE HIRING: Finance Assistant (Reliever)

AlphabetSoup, Inc. – Pasig City | Onsite | 1–5 Months Contract

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant (Reliever) to support our Finance Team in handling project-based payroll and disbursements for a fixed-term assignment (1 to 5 months).

This role is ideal for someone who has basic finance/payroll experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in processing payroll for project-based and contractual employees
  • Prepare and monitor disbursements, allowances, and manpower payments
  • Validate attendance, timesheets, and payroll supporting documents
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations for manpower-related pay concerns
  • Assist in cash advances, liquidations, and payroll documentation
  • Maintain accurate payroll and disbursement records
