Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions.
  • Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Process employee contributions and facilitates timely remittance to relevant government agencies.
  • Accommodates payroll queries.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Business-related course.
  • Adept in MS Applications (MS Excel, Word).
  • Average communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Trainable and willing to extend hours if necessary.
