Job Description

  • Process employee benefit payments, travel expenses, and vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with established policies and deadlines.
  • Support monthly payroll processes, including salary scale validation, exchange rate verification, system testing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Perform account reconciliations and prepare account certifications related to payroll, pensions, and taxes.
  • Manage accounts receivable, record journal entries, and assist in the recovery of outstanding amounts owed to the organization.
  • Administer and provide support for the corporate travel card program, reconciling transactions and resolving related issues.
  • Prepare employment, salary, tax, and pension verification letters and certifications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, pensions, taxes, and travel-related matters.
