Payroll Assistant

Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with an established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Dundee to recruit a Payroll Assistant into their established payroll department.

In a role that will suit someone prior payroll experience - either in practice or outwith - your key reponsibilities will include:

• Preparation of payroll for a portfolio of clients covering multiple different timescales.
• Using systems including Sage, Excel amongst others and consistently maximising efficiencies.
• Handling employee information and issuing payslips as required.
• Preparing payroll reports for clients.
• Preparing payroll reports for HMRC.
• Collating pension information and uploading accordingly.
• Advising clients of and PAYE liabilities.
• Building long lasting relationships with your clients.
