Job Description

Our client is a privately held organization specializing in the design, procurement, and installation of workplace environments. Payroll (50%)

  • Process full-cycle payroll on a regular basis (weekly/bi-weekly), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legislation
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
  • Administer payroll deductions, benefits, and remittances (e.g., taxes, pensions, and other statutory requirements)
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end tax forms (e.g., T4s)
