Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role would report to the Senior Payroll & Billing Specialist and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and client invoicing for temporary and contract employees. The successful candidate will ensure payroll compliance, maintain billing records, and provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
This role will be full-time at our downtown Calgary office location for the first 3 months with the option of transitioning into a hybrid role after that (2 days per week in office).
Key Responsibilities
- High volume desk and processing payrolls on different pay cycles: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
- Process weekly payroll for up to 300 temporary and contract employees using Sage 300.
