Job Description
The successful candidate
must be:a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision;able to work alone and work within a team environment;able to understand how the payroll system integrates with the accounting system. The successful applicant will be expected to:maintain a high quality of work including accuracy and dependability;have excellent verbal and written communication skills;maintain excellent interpersonal skills;maintain confidentiality;complete the required District's Health and Safety training. This is a temporary full-time position beginning as soon as possible and continuing until June 30, 2026, with possible extension, with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week at a wage rate of $34.36 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime compensation.In addition to the hourly wage, the position includes:5% of bi-weekly earnings in lieu of vacation, and5% of straight-time earnings per pay period in lieu of statutory holidays.
