Overview
Payroll & Benefits AdministratorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding across a growing hospitality portfolio. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll, seamless employee onboarding, and effective benefits administration in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for all new hires, including employment documentation, system setup, payroll entry, and benefits enrollment
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, bonuses, and leaves of absence
- Administer all group benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, changes, and leave-related updates
