Hiring – Payroll Analyst | Mexico We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst with strong expertise in Mexican Payroll for an exciting long-term opportunity.Location: Mexico (Preferably onsite)Duration: Initial 6 Months Contract⏰ Work Schedule: 40 Hours/WeekKey Responsibilities:
- Process regular and non-regular payroll activities
- Manage time & attendance policies and systems
- Compute wages, overtime, deductions, and special payments
- Handle payroll terminations and paycheck advances
- Maintain payroll records and ensure complianceRequirements:✔ 7+ years of Payroll experience✔ Strong hands-on experience in Mexican Payroll regulations✔ Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees✔ Coordinator / Senior Analyst level profile✔ Advanced Excel skills✔ Experience with payroll systems (SAP, ADP, Workday, Neeyamo, etc.)✔ Spanish & English required✔ Brazilian payroll exposure is a plus✔ Manufacturing or Healthcare industry experience preferred
