Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate payroll for employees across multiple provinces
  • Manage data integrity of payroll records in HRIS
  • Handle government filings such as T4s, ROEs, and EHT returns
  • Provide professional support for employee payroll inquiries
  • Contribute to payroll reporting and variance analysis

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Canadian payroll experience required
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or HR preferred
  • Experience with payroll/HRIS systems like Workday
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially with large datasets
  • Strong organizational and detail-focused abilities
