About the Opportunity
The Payroll and HR Coordinator will own accurate, timely and compliant payroll for hourly and salaried employees at the Toronto head office, while also supporting broader HR functions. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and employee experience are top priorities — and wants real visibility across both payroll and HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, administering employee changes (new hires, terminations, leaves, benefits adjustments) and ensuring compliance with Ontario ESA, CRA, and WSIB requirements.
