Job Description

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the payroll process of the 4 companies in Brazil, ensuring effective support for daily operations.
- Handle payroll processes, such as hirings, vacations, terminations, transfers, leaves, benefits, social charges, and payroll taxes.
- Perform maintenance in the control of hours system and close the hours balances of the employees.
- Maintain communication with the third-party payroll suppliers, ensuring approvals, checks, and templates are aligned with core payroll processes.
- Control invoices from payroll service providers, monitoring payments together with the finance team.
- Respond to requests from employees with questions about payroll through the myHR channel.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English is required. Spanish will be a plus.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Human Resources, or relevant experience.
