JOB DESCRIPTION

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing and auditing . payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Performs professional analysis and reconciliation of pay-related transactions impacting financial statements. Partners with HRIS to test on-going system upgrades and implementations that are integral parts of the payroll system. Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects within the payroll department. Responsible for maintenance and transmission of complex payrolls. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in payroll systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all aspects of timely processing bi-weekly, weekly payrolls using Workday Payroll, Time and Absence Time and Workday.
