  • Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels
  • Responsible for monthly reports of Headcounts
  • Responsible for daily reports of Rotation and Absenteeism
  • Responsible 100% of the annual holiday schedule
  • Responsible for generating and capturing the Annual Assessments (Exempt and Non Exempt)
  • Responsible for Personnel Attention
  • Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company
  • Active participation in events throughout the year
  • Responsible for the Administration of Life Insurance for exempt employees
