Job Description
- Validates, processes, and uploads payment to employees including payroll inputs for allowances, loans, travel time payments, medical expenses of employees and dependents, and other employee-related adjustments and deductions for the pay period.
- Performs the processing and reconciliation of all compensation-related taxes, contributions, and loans for active and resigned/separated employees and ensures timely and accurate remittance to banks and government agencies.
- Processes General and contractual regular payroll, separation pay and other benefits of resigned employees through the payroll system and in coordination with affiliated banks for the on-time payment.
- Processes General and contractual payment of Pay 13th, Pay 14th, On-time Performance Bonus, and any other incentives/bonuses occasionally declared by the company.
