Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst serves as the primary payroll contact for assigned clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This role partners closely with client stakeholders to understand payroll needs, resolve issues, provide guidance on payroll regulations, and deliver a high level of service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle payroll processing for assigned clients.
· Serve as the primary payroll contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships
· Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with client agreements and statutory requirements.
· Prepare, review, and submit statutory contributions and filings (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/Tax)
· Advise clients on payroll regulations, statutory updates, and best practices.
· Handle payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
