Job Description

Position Summary:

The Payroll Analyst position is a key team member of the Corporate payroll team and is responsible for the monitoring and assisting in the process of the company’s US payroll. The role will work closely with the Corporate payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payrolls. This role is critical to ensure all associates taxes, benefit deductions, hours and other adjustments are properly recorded. As part of the payroll team this role will also assist in other duties and special assignments as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and process irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.).
  • Review and process additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, tax withholdings).
  • Process garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies in partnership with third party administrator.
