Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation based in Harwell to recruit a Payroll Analyst. The Payroll Analyst will receive a salary between £45,000-£60,000 (potentially negotiable) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working, a bonus and equity!

Primary responsibilities;

  • Manage the administration and processing of the company's monthly UK payroll and designated international payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
  • Administer day-to-day employee benefits programmes and provide support for ongoing benefit plan operations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, taxation, employment law and relevant HR regulations, ensuring continued compliance.
  • Prepare year-end payroll reporting and statutory submissions.
