The Overview
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support a major system transition and data remediation.
This role is heavily focused on data integrity, payroll analysis, and system readiness ahead of the implementation of UKG and SAP SuccessFactors.
You'll play a key role in data cleansing, payroll audits, LSL accrual validation, and HRIS analysis, ensuring payroll and employee data is accurate, compliant, and ready for migration. This is not a payroll processing role, it is analytical, investigative, and project-focused.
