Payroll Analyst
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for capture and analyze the entire payroll process.
Responsibilities:
Keep information updated in the TRESS systemKeep information updated in the WORKDAY systemProcess and follow up on savings fund loansProvide support as needed to the Payroll SpecialistDaily report of man-hours (Foundry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Vic Press, and Assembly)Enter incidents such as: vacations, shift changes, overtime, paid or unpaid leaveAnalyze payment capacity for savings fund loans and submit requestsEnter loans into the systemKeep information in TRESS and WORKDAY updatedRegister new hires in the TRESS system / submit new hire registrations to IDSEReview IDSE to ensure there are no rejected transactions / file documentsTake fingerprints of new hiresPublish pre-payroll<...
