Payroll Analyst

Our client, a top Oil & Gas client in Canada, is looking to hire a Payroll Analyst for their team with a contract for 6 months. This role is onsite for their Calgary, AB office.

We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Payroll, this individual will have a strong payroll background and will perform duties to support all aspects of time and scheduling, as well as ongoing payroll auditing for Canada.

Responsibilities :

• Review, coordinate and manage all aspects of SAP Time and Schedule queries (update, audit, review, test, validate)
• Configure and maintain time and schedules
• Assist with analysis and issue resolution for domestic payroll and time processes to ensure data is administered correctly
• Monitor and report on various leave balances
• Participate in pay period audits and data review
