Job Description
We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to join a regional HR Operations team supporting Americas payroll (Mexico, US, Brazil, among others)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll calendars.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, job changes).
- Validate time & attendance, working hours, and overtime records prior to payroll processing.
- Support benefits administration and ensure correct payroll impact (deductions, contributions, vendor coordination).
- Maintain high-quality employee data in HR systems used for payroll processing.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.
